Charles E. Turner, 53, of East Grand Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on a warrant charge of failing to pay a fine for failing to give information to police.

Jeremy S. Harris, 24, of Cutts Avenue, Saco, was arrested on a warrant charge of failing to pay fine for operating while license was suspended or revoked.

Robert E. Adams, 31, of Anne Terrace, Westbrook, was arrested on Route 207 on charges of unsworn falsification, operating after suspension and failing to give correct name and date of birth.

Andrew M. King, 26, Narragansett Trail, Buxton, was arrested at Beech Ridge Speedway on a charge of operating under the influence.

Donald E. Crocker, 48, of Empire Road, East Poland, was arrested at Beech Ridge Speedway on charges of criminal simulation and violation of bail conditions.

A 17-year-old, of Steves Avenue, Portland, was arrested on a warrant charge of failing to appear for operating after suspension.

Nicole M. Bison, 18, of Coach Lantern Lane, Scarborough, was arrested on Route 1 at Oak Leaf on charges of operating without a license and operating under the influence.
