Feb. 24: The Windham High School band will be holding a bottle drive to raise money for a field trip to New York in April for a music festival. Call Colleen Norberg at 893-8299 to schedule pick-up of bottles.

March 1-31: Curves for Women in Windham is holding its annual food drive during the month of March. Women may join March 1-10 with no service charge – based on an annual contract – when they bring in a full bag of groceries. For those not wishing to join, Curves will be accepting non-perishable, healthy food donations throughout the entire month. At the end of March, all food will be donated to the Windham Food Pantry.

March 2: Eighth Annual Maine Milfoil Summit at the University of Southern Maine Lewiston-Auburn. The summit will run from 9 a.m. to noon. Registration is from 8:30 to 9 a.m. and the event is free. March 6, 8: Registration for Raymond Baseball and Softball for the 2007 season will be held on Tuesday, March 6 and Thursday, March 8, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Jordan Small Middle School cafeteria. Placement sessions will be held on Saturday afternoon, March 17 in the gym. Registration cost is $30 for T-ball, $45 for all others ($40 if more than two in one family) and $85 for Senior League.
