Members of the Walsh family of Windham and South Portland try different ways to prepare themselves for the cold water off Old Orchard Beach as they await the start of the 2007 Lobster Dip on New Year’s Day. The annual event, which began in 1989, draws hundreds of hearty souls to the Brunswick Hotel to benefit the Special Olympics.
