Construction for the Black Point Community Park began in late June. Since the plans for the park are still being finalized and need to be approved by the Town Council, only site preparation has been done.

The park entrance off of Black Point Road, in the first stages of construction, is between two residences and passes close to St. Maximilian Kolbe.
