Four companies in the South Portland-Scarborough area will host a seminar for new home buyers and sellers, Thursday, Sept. 28, from 6:30-8 p.m., at the Sheraton South Portland hotel.

Presenters are Jeff Hess from Lenders Network, South Portland; Joe Flynn from Flynn & Co. Real Estate, South Portland; Jeff Leighton from Inspect-It 1st Property Inspection, Scarborough; and Elisa Doucette from the Michelle Grondin Raber State Insurance Agency, Scarborough. They will lead attendees through the steps to making a first-time home purchase or home sale easier from beginning to end.
