On Wednesday, Dec. 28 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Standish Recreation Department is hosting a trip to the Norlands Living History Center in Livermore.

You and your family can enjoy the ride to Livermore where we will enjoy a tour of the Washburn family mansion, schoolhouse, barn and surrounding buildings. Learn how to play games from the 18th century or test your knowledge in the schoolhouse. You will have the chance to shop in the gift store, and will need to pack a lunch. Please dress warmly.

The cost is $16 per child (16 years and under) and $18 per adult. Registration will be held from Dec. 14 to Dec. 21 at town hall. There are only 45 slots available so hurry in! For more information, call 642-2875.
