Editor,

My husband and I have been residents of South Casco since 1987, are Maine natives, and the parents of four adult children, two of whom graduated from Lake Region High School. Both of us are self-employed; he is an attorney, I am a real estate broker, and we are concerned about many issues that affect our communities and our livelihood.

Protecting the environment while promoting tourism, small business, the infrastructure, and educational opportunities for our children are very important to us. Milfoil reduction, the timely replacement of the Naples causeway bridge and restraining property taxes are critical to my clients, many of whom are buyers and sellers of waterfront properties. Larry is adamant that vital services remain in place for the disadvantaged, children and the elderly, and we are both proponents of small business.

We have been proud to call Tom Bossie friend for many years, and indeed, encouraged his run for State Representative for District 101, Naples, Casco and Poland. Ethical, enthusiastic, and very hard working, he understands what is important to us, and would best represent us, our clients, and the community if elected.

Tom is a man of great conviction and has a wealth of innovative ideas that will make our towns a better place to live. Please join us in voting for Tom Bossie on Nov. 7.
