Feb. 1

• Eric St. Arnaud, 27, Limerick, was arrested on charges of operating after suspension and possession of marijuana on Route 25 in Limington. Melissa Martel, 36, Limington, was summonsed for permitting unlawful use of vehicle after Trooper Jeremy Forbes said he witnessed St. Arnaud switch seats with Martel, who owns the vehicle.

• Rachel Googins, 27, Gray, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol at a location not disclosed by police.

Jan. 31

• Nicolette Bois, 27, South Hiram, was summonsed for operating a vehicle unregistered more than 150 days on Roberts Ridge Road in Waterboro.

• Donald Allard, 31, Sanbornville, N.H., was summonsed for operating without a driver’s license on Route 202 in Alfred. A passenger in the vehicle, Robert Holt, 39, Sanbornville, N.H., was summonsed for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The vehicle was originally stopped for a seatbelt violation.

• Ryan Densmore, 34, Lenoir City, Tenn., was summonsed for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on Route 202 in Waterboro. The vehicle was stopped for loud exhaust.

• Cory Masse, age unknown, Lebanon, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence and operating without a license and summonsed for violation of conditional release at a location not disclosed by police.

Jan. 29

• Jeffrey Giguere, 44, Acton, was arrested after a traffic stop in Alfred for two active warrants. One warrant was out of Cumberland County for trafficking in cocaine and the other from Portland Police for failure to appear in court for carrying a concealed weapon.

• George Lebourdais, 43, Lewiston, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence and operating after suspension after a trooper stop to check on his vehicle, which was broken down on I-295 in Gray.

Jan. 27

• Alexander Melanson, 22, Biddeford, was arrested on a charge of failure to report accident by quickest means after fleeing the scene of an accident at a location not disclosed by Maine State Police.

Jan. 17

• Michael J. Chambers, 42, Lebanon, was summonsed for attaching false plates, following a traffic stop on Lower Cross Road in Lebanon.

• Robert F. Cyr, 24, Arundel was summonsed on a charge of operating after suspension following a traffic stop on Route 202 in Sanford.

• James Palmer, 25, of Buxton, was summonsed on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

• Caitlin Bigelow, 20, Waterboro, was summonsed on a charge of operating under the influence after a crash was investigated last month in which she was the driver of a pickup which crashed into a tree.

Jan. 13

• Michael D. Leblanc, 45, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on a charge of operating after suspension after a traffic stop on Route 109 in Sanford. Leblanc’s passenger, Steven Martin, 31, Springvale, was arrested on a charge of violation of condition of release. Police say Martin violated his bail conditions when a marijuana cigarette was found in a cigarette box in his coat pocket.

Jan. 12

• Paul H. Kastberg, 22, Alfred, was arrested on a charge of operating after suspension after a traffic stop on Grammar Road in Sanford.

• Marilyn Malta, 43, Sanford, was summonsed on a charge of operating after suspension following a traffic stop on Twombley Road in Sanford.
