Monday, Oct. 31
Burglary – At 9:33 a.m., a cash drawer containing $2,500 was found missing from Anjon’s Italian Restaurant on Route 1. The theft was believed to have happened the previous evening. A suspect was identified following a similar incident Nov. 4.
Theft – At 8:19 p.m., two 18-year-olds staying at the Ingraham group home on Twilight Drive were reported to have left the facility, having taken about $500 in cash from the site.
Wednesday, Nov. 2
Assault – At 6:53 a.m., female resident of Nonesuch Cove Road claimed to have been kicked and punched by her 16-year-old daughter.
Threatening – At 8:56 a.m., an ex-employee of Direct Mail of Maine, located on Manson Libby Road, was said to have made threats against the company owner. Timothy Rourke, 49, of Portland, was later picked up in Portsmouth, N.H., and charged with terrorizing.
Theft – A 3Gb iTouch was reported stolen from the high school at 10:23 a.m. The owner claimed to have last seen it on Oct. 25.
Trespass – At 5:44 p.m., an 81-year-old male, given a no trespass order last October due to “odd behavior,” was again reminded to stay away from the high school athletic fields. The man, who reportedly did nothing wrong other than to be present, claimed to have thought the previous order had expired.
Thursday, Nov. 3
Harassment – At 11:23 a.m., a Willowood Lane couple reported a dispute with a neighbor over a wood pellet delivery that did damage to the back lawn. Both parties were given cease-harassment orders.
Harassment – At 1:45 p.m. a student at the high school reported getting repeated harassing calls and text messages from an ex-girlfriend.
Theft – At 5:04 p.m., a Fogg Road resident reported that his recycling container was stolen from the end of his driveway.
Friday, Nov. 4
Vandalism – At 9:28 a.m., two juveniles, a 16-year-old male and a 17-year-old female, summonsed the previous evening for marijuana and tobacco possession on school grounds, were again summonsed, this time for spray-painting graffiti on the high school. One wall was adorned with the words “Sorry about your wall,” while library windows were affixed with the letters “FU,” painted backwards so they could be read from the inside. Also, the word “Buddah” was painted on a Community Services bus while the word “Blunts,” along with a smiley face, was painted on a bathroom wall at Memorial Park.
Burglary – At 10:45 a.m. it was discovered that a door at Anjon’s Italian Restaurant, on Route 1, had been propped open overnight. A similar incident occurred Oct. 31, although it appeared nothing was taken on this second visit. Police say a suspect has been identified.
Theft – At 4:52 p.m., a Marr Farm Way resident reported receiving a counterfeit $100 bill among $11,000 cash paid to him for a used Corvette.
Saturday, Nov. 5
Burglary – At 4:59 p.m., a person checking on a Mallard Lane residence for absent owners reported interrupting a burglary in progress. Although entry to the home was gained, nothing appeared to have been taken. The complainant found splintered wood by a garage door where it had been broken open, and reported seeing a person in a black knit cap flee into woods behind the building.

Matthew S. Davidson, 21, of Old Orchard Beach, on Route 1 at 10:02 a.m., on two warrants.
Robert H. Shaw, 63, of Scarborough, on Cabela Boulevard at 7:45 p.m., on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.
Thursday, Nov. 3
Anthony L. Lapio, 20, of Saco, on Woodrock Drive at 11:42 a.m., on a warrant.
Morgan L. Gregoire, 27, of Biddeford, on Payne Road at 1:32 p.m., on a warrant.
Michelle J. Boucher, 33, of Westbrook, on Gallery Boulevard at 4:17 p.m., on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.
Friday, Nov. 4
Sasha L. Moody, 23, of Portland, on Payne Road at 7:02 p.m., on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs.
Saturday, Nov. 5
Raymond Ireland, 29, of Ellsworth, on Cabela Boulevard at 8:03 p.m., on a warrant.
