Organizers are ready to celebrate the sixth annual Standish Summer Spectacular, happening Thursday through Saturday, June 25-27. The festival celebrates the three distinct villages of Standish: Steep Falls, Sebago Lake Village and Standish Corner. Following is the complete schedule of events:

Thursday, June 25

6:30-8:30 p.m.: The Standish Summer Spectacular’s kickoff event, “A Taste of Maine,” will take place at Standish Boat Launch on Sebago Lake. The event profiles local and statewide restaurants, which gather to provide samples of their food and beverages to attendees. The cost is $5 for 10 sampling tickets.

Friday, June 26

6-10 p.m.: Beach Boogie at Kiwanis Beach on Watchic Lake. Music will be provided by Chandler’s Band, Flamin’ Raymin’ and Sizzlin’ Suzzan’ and will be followed by fireworks.

Saturday, June 27

7:30-9:30 a.m.: Pancake breakfast at Standish Congregational Church, Oak Hill Road, $5 for adults, $3 for children.

8 a.m.-noon: Community Marketplace at George E. Jack School courtyard. Artisans, florists, plant/bake/yard sales, local business displays and more.

10 a.m.: Spectacular Parade. Rain or shine. Starts at Blake Road, proceeds up Route 25, ending at Standish Congregational Church.

2 p.m.: Saco River Jazz Ensemble will perform at the Steep Falls Village Gazebo.
