Jeff Gallant of Scarborough has been named retail store manager at 207 Wireless Inc., an authorized Cingular Wireless agent at 162 U.S. Route One. A 1999 graduate of Scarborough High School, Gallant holds a bachelor of science degree in media communications and public relations from Champlain College in Burlington, VT. He was most recently employed as manager of the Oak Hill Ace Hardware Store in Scarborough.
