Benjamin Grubb, 24, of Westbrook, was summonsed Sept. 10 on a charge of receiving stolen property.

Lisa Collins, 47, of 48 Brackett St., Portland, was arrested Sept. 12 on Shore Road on charges of operating after suspension with habitual offender status, falsifying physical evidence and trafficking of dangerous knives.

On Sept. 5, two patrolmen responded to a residence in the Ocean House Road area for a well-being check of a crying female. A subject was located and reported having been assaulted but refused to file charges and requested no further action.

On Sept. 6, a patrolman met with a resident of Portland to report that while at Crescent Beach State Park, his wallet was stolen. It contained several credit cards, personal ID, and some cash. The wallet was later found with only the money missing.

On Sept. 7, a sergeant and patrolman responded to a residence in the Fowler Road area for a well-being check.

On Sept. 8, a patrolman met with a resident of the Oakhurst area regarding a motor vehicle burglary complaint. Missing from the vehicle was a black and gray backpack containing books, clothing and medication.

On Sept. 8, a patrolman met with a resident of the Spurwink Avenue area regarding a domestic situation.

On Sept. 9, a patrolman met with a resident of the Mitchell Road area regarding the theft of a silver Trek 21-speed bicycle.

On Sept. 10, two patrolmen responded to a residence in the Spurwink Avenue area for a domestic disturbance.

On Sept. 10, a patrolman met with a resident of the Shore Road area regarding possible home repair fraud.

On Sept. 10, a detective met with a resident of the Mitchell Road area regarding a phone harassment complaint.

On Sept. 11, a patrolman met with a resident of the Shore Road area regarding a burglary complaint. Someone entered the residence during the night through an unlocked door and stole money from a wallet and a purse left in the kitchen area.

On Sept. 11, a patrolman met with a resident of the Fowler Road area regarding an ID theft complaint.

On Sept. 12, a patrolman met with a resident of the Ocean House Road who reported that a roommate had recently moved out and in the process stole several items that belonged to the complainant.

On Sept. 13, a patrolman met with a resident of the Scott Dyer Road area who reported the theft of a bicycle. The bike is described as a black & red Specialized Hard Rock mountain bike.

On Sept. 14, a captain met with a resident of the Stonybrook Road area regarding an abandoned bicycle. The bike is described as a dark red men’s Raleigh 21-speed mountain bike.
