Al-Anon support groups for friends and families of alcoholics are held locally in Scarborough and Windham.

A group meets in Windham at 6:30 on Wednesdays in the Unity Church of Greater Portland at 54 River Road, and another group meets in Scarborough at 10 a.m. Wednesdays in the United Methodist Church on Route 1 in Dunstan.
