Nicholas Merriman, 29, of Gorham, was summonsed Sept. 5 on Shore Road on a charge of operating after suspension.

Elizabeth Capone, 33, of 3 Jewett Road, Cape Elizabeth, was arrested Sept. 6 on Route 77 on a charge of operating under the influence.

Calls

On Aug. 29, a patrolman met with a resident of the Mitchell Road area regarding the theft of a bike from the garage. The bike is described as a black men’s Rossignol.

On Aug. 31, a patrolman met with a resident of the Shore Road area who turned over a wallet and backpack found while jogging along Shore Road. The owner was contacted and the property returned. Items had been stolen from the owner’s car during the night.

On Aug. 31, a sergeant met with a resident of the Sawyer Road area regarding a residential burglary complaint. Nothing was missing from the residence and the victim provided the name of a suspect who was contacted by this officer. The victim requested no further action.

On Sept. 1, a patrolman conducted a follow-up investigation regarding a child pornography case after receiving a referral from another agency.

On Sept. 5, a patrolman met with a resident of the Mitchell Road area regarding a residential burglary complaint. An Apple MacBook Air is missing from the residence.

On Sept. 5, a patrolman came upon a vehicle parked behind a local business after midnight. The vehicle contained two occupants and a search produced various pieces of drug paraphernalia, which were confiscated.
