Nan Cumming, executive director of Portland Trails, will speak on Sunday, March 13, at 2 p.m. at the Scarborough Public Library.

Cumming, who is also the former assistant director of the Maine Historical Society, will speak about the Portland Trails plan to connect their network with trails throughout Southern Maine.
