Theft – Two Haro brand bicycles were reported missing from a garage on Cross Hill Road.

Thursday, July 12

Hit and run – A Cross Hill Road resident reported that an older model, black sedan hit a mailbox and a tree on the property before driving off.

Sunday, July 15

Intoxication – Officer Diffin was dispatched to Fort Williams Park for a well-being check. After locating the subject, it was determined the only problem was intoxication. Arrangements were made to transport the subject home.

Leah M. Talbot, 29, of South Portland, on Shore Road at 4:18 a.m., on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence (with one prior), unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and failure to report a motor vehicle accident.
