Meal includes chicken, pasta salad and beverage, $8; children, $5 with option to choose hot dogs instead of chicken; children under 5, free.
Haddock dinner – Saturday, July 27, 5 p.m., Living Waters Church, 197 Parker Farm Road (intersection of routes 112 and 22 by Plummer’s Market), Buxton. Haddock dinner including haddock and assorted casseroles, salads, veggies, desserts and beverages, etc. Suggested donation $8, $4.

Bean supper – Saturday, July 27, 5 p.m., First Congregational Church, Route 115, Gray. Beans, casseroles, salads, homemade breads, desserts and beverages. $8, $4.

All-you-can eat home-baked beans, hot dogs, biscuits, brown bread, potato salad, pasta salad, cole slaw, pies and beverages. Adults $7, children under 10 $3 and children under 3 free. Suppers the fourth Saturday of the month through September.
VFW meal – Wednesday, July 31, VFW Post 832, 50 Peary Terrace, South Portland. Salisbury streak with gravy, mashed potatoes, veggie, rools and dessert. $7.
Free meal – Wednesday, July 31, 5-6 p.m., My Place Teen Center, 755 Main St, Westbrook. Sponsored in collaboration with Wayside Food Program and hosted by Trinity Lutheran Church and the teen center. Use Foster Street entrance; handicapped accessible.
Bean supper – Saturday, Aug. 3, 5-6:30 p.m., Casco Lodge, 20 Mill St., Yarmouth. Three kinds of beans, macaroni & cheese, hot dogs, cole slaw, homemade pies and biscuits, and beverages. $8, $5.
Chowdah suppah and raffle – Thursday, Aug. 8, 5:30-7 p.m., Curtis Guest House, Temple Avenue, Ocean Park. Homemade chowders, beans, salads, breads, desserts, with dining on porch or dining rooms. $12 adults, $5 children under 12. No reservations needed.
