Northeast Bank announces the development of a regional sales strategy and the promotion of two of its employees last week. Recently Roxanne Gagne of Raymond and Kelly McKeil of Windham, both Branch Managers with Northeast Bank located in the bank’s branches in Auburn and Portland, were respectively promoted to Regional Vice Presidents and Business Development Officers.
“To continue to meet the needs of our customers and stay connected with the frontline, regionalizing our sales territories made sense,” said Jim Delamater, President and CEO of Northeast Bank.
Gagne, a resident of Raymond, is Regional Vice President and Business Development Officer with oversight of the bank’s branches in Bethel, Buckfield, Mechanic Falls, S. Paris, Harrison and Auburn. Gagne has more than 28 years of experience in banking and has been with Northeast Bank for more than eight years. She is formerly of Key Bank in Raymond where she was the Branch Manager.
McKeil, a Windham resident, is Regional Vice President and Business Development Officer with oversight of the bank’s branches in Augusta, Brunswick, Lewiston, Lisbon, Portland and the bank’s Call Center. McKeil has over 20 years of experience in banking and is formerly of Gorham Savings Bank in Windham where she held a variety of positions with her last position as VP, Business Development Officer.
McKeil is president of the Sebago Lakes Region Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Windham Rotary Club, and the treasurer for the Windham Service Unit of The Salvation Army.
