GORHAM – Gorham police are hunting for a man who robbed a pharmacy at about 11 a.m. on Monday.

In a report, Detective Sgt. Dana Thompson said a white or Hispanic man robbed Community Pharmacy at 365 Main St. Police said the man “entered the pharmacy and presented a pharmacist with a note, which stated he was armed and that he wanted oxycodone.”

Thompson said the pharmacist gave the suspect an undetermined amount of oxycodone, and the suspect fled from the pharmacy and the immediate area on foot.

Police described the suspect as approximately 5 feet 7 inches, and wearing a black hat and a black hooded sweatshirt.
