Massage Therapist Devan Wojcik and Manicurist Dianne Messer recently joined the professional team of spa practitioners at Paradiso Salon and Spa located at 36 Market Street in Portland, Maine. This brings to sixteen the number of staff now serving Paradiso’s clientele in the areas of hair, nails, massage and skincare.

Massage Therapist Devan Wojcik is certified by the National Certification for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP). With more than five years’ experience in the spa industry, Wojcik’s specialties include deep tissue, trigger point, Swedish, sports, aromatherapy, lymphatic drainage, hot stone and pregnancy massage as well as body wraps and treatments. Wojcik comes to Paradiso from the resort spa city of Scottsdale, Arizona, where she served in various settings including chiropractic offices, therapy centers, sports clubs and day spas. She received her massage training and certification from Rainstay University in Scottsdale and now resides in Portland.

Nail technician Dianne Messer is an established nail artist as well as a certified image consultant. In 1998 she received her manicurist license from the State of Maine and has since taken numerous classes from accomplished artists. Messer most recently was employed at Lucinda’s Day Spa in Scarborough where, in addition to manicures and pedicures, she provided make-up and color analysis consultation services. She resides in Scarborough with her family.
