4/8 at 4:23 p.m. Monica Schoenbaum, 39, no address listed, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Mitchell Road by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on a charge of operating an uninspected motor vehicle.

4/9 at 5:11 p.m. Daniel Lewis, 52, no address listed, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Route 77 by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on a charge of operating an uninspected motor vehicle.
