2/10 at 2:38 p.m. Amethyst Lynn Townsend, 22, of Biddeford, was arrested on Millikin Road by Officer Breagh M. Gomez on a charge of aggravated habitual offender. 

2/11 at 11:48 a.m. Stephen J. Carini, 58, of Scarborough, was arrested on Ritzcraft Road by Officer Michael Beeler on a charge of domestic violence assault.

2/7 at 7:30 a.m. Olivia D. Eaton, 20, of Scarborough, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Aaron Erickson on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked and failing to register vehicle. 

2/8 at 8:38 p.m. Keegan Perry, 26, of Standish, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Scott E. Vaughn on a charge of operating vehicle without a license. 

2/9 at 8:28 a.m. Hellen A. Pickson, 40, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Isaiah C. Jones on a charge of operating when license suspended or revoked. 

2/9 at 11:28 a.m. Scott Brian Dackmine, 51, of Lisbon, was issued a summons on Route 1 by  Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of attaching false plates. 

2/9 at 1:34 p.m. Hyshon Jamon Pittman, 42, of Scarborough, was issued a summons on Mussey Road by Officer Travis B. Hon on a charge of operating vehicle with a suspended license. 

2/9 at 6:56 p.m. Donna J. Jamison, 48, of Standish, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Holly Thompson on a charge of attaching false plates. 

2/10 at 10:34 a.m. Nicholas Joseph Paulin, 29, of Saco, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Breagh M. Gomez on a charge of operating with a suspended license. 

Joshua D. Lussier, 23, of Biddeford, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Breagh M. Gomez on a charge of attaching false plates.
