2/9 at 7:31 p.m. Michael McDonald, 20, of MacMillan Drive, Brunswick, was arrested by Officer Gabrielle Mathieu on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of violating a protection order.
Summonses
2/5 at 8:31 p.m. Morgan Lessard, 22, of Dove Lane, Lewiston, was issued a summons by Officer Garrett Decker on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days.
2/5 at 8:45 p.m. A 17-year-old female, of Brunswick, was issued a summons by Officer Garrett Decker on Topsham Fair Mall Road on charges of operating after license suspension, and operating with a suspended registration.
2/10 at 3:27 p.m. Craig Miles, 45, of Ledge Road, Yarmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Gabrielle Mathieu on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating a defective motor vehicle.
Mailbox mayhem
2/8 at 4:41 p.m. Sgt. Mark Gilliam responded to the report of a mailbox being smashed on Fiddlehead Lane, sometime between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. that day. It is the fourth time in less than a year that the mailbox has been damaged, while neighbors’ mailboxes have not been touched, police report.
