12/16 at 12:17 a.m. Denys B. Vollmar, 41, of High Street, South Paris, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Alex Beaton on a charge of operating under the influence.

12/20 at 12:30 a.m. Sidney B. McKeen, 46, of Cold Bear Drive, Windham, was arrested on Babbidge Road by Officer Dennis Ryder on charges of operating with an expired license, failure to notify carrying a firearm and speeding 15 to 19 miles per hour over the speed limit.
