12/13 at 8:42 a.m. Damian Grubb, 19, of Indian Rest Road, Harpswell, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Michael Pierce on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

12/15 at 2:39 a.m. Ibekendu Mokeme, 19, of Brown Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Gilman and Drinkwater Point roads by Officer Shawn Miles on a charge of operating with a suspended license.
