9/13 at 4:24 p.m. Stephen Tracy, 37, of Taft Street, Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Thomas Gabbard on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

9/15 at 2 a.m. Riley Werner, 21, of Carriage Road, was arrested on Pine Street by Officer Michael Raymond on a charge of operating under the influence.
