The Performance Handicap Racing Fleet New England sailing championships, formerly held in Marblehead, Massachusetts, were recently contested in Casco Bay. Spinnaker class and performance cruiser racers were hosted by Hallett Canvas and Sails, Inc. and Handy Boat Yard.
