Arrests

3/13 at 8:55 p.m. Malone Vincecruz, 38, of Portland Street, Yarmouth, was arrested by Officer Scott Hendee on Tuttle Road on a charge of violating conditions of release, and issued a summons on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Summonses

3/8 at 5:41 p.m. Kaitlyn Downs, 27, of Center Road, Gray, was issued a summons by Officer Scott Hendee on Gray Road on charges of possession of marijuana and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

3/7 at 9:23 p.m. James Hamilton, 28, of Deering Avenue, Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Benjamin Burnes on Greely Road on a charge of sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

3/8 at 3:29 p.m. Jaskaran Singh, 22, of Crestview Drive, Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Matthew Merriman on Orchard Road on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

“I Remember Jeep”

3/9 at 12:08 p.m. Officer Matthew Merriman responded to a call about a jeep driving on a trail at the Twin Brook Recreation Area. Investigation showed the vehicle to have been driven by a local youth. Police issued a him warning, and arranged for him to meet with Twin Brook staff to repair any damage the vehicle caused.
