Fisher, 40, of Walker Street, Westbrook, was arrested on Tibbetts Drive by Officer William Brown on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating conditions of release, stealing drugs, operating while license suspended or revoked, and an outstanding warrant from another agency.
3/9 at 9:05 p.m. Teresa J. York, 55, of Braintree Street, Portland, was arrested on Tibbetts Drive by Officer William Brown on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
3/11 at 10:59 p.m. Kayla D. Parent, 22, of Market Lane, was arrested on Market Lane and Federal Street by Officer Daniel Herbert on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
3/12 at 5:22 p.m. Michelle Daly, 36, of Suprenant Circle, was arrested on Suprenant Circle by Officer Garrett Brosnan on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
3/13 at 10:21 a.m. James L. Maurice, 26, of Leslie Street, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Kenneth Bailey on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
3/17 at 8:46 a.m. John A. King, 51, of Bay Bridge Road, was arrested on Bay Bridge Road by Officer Justin Dolci on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
