Arrests

11/15 at 1:09 a.m. George Markos, 26, of Cottage Street, was arrested by Officer Brett McIntire on U.S. Route 1 on outstanding warrants from another agency. Markos was also issued a summons on a charge of possession of marijuana.

11/15 at 2:43 p.m. Phillip Alley, 23, of Woodland Avenue, Topsham, was arrested by Officer Mark Steele on Windjammer Way on charges of aggravated assault, domestic violence terrorizing and violating conditions of release.

11/15 at 11:25 p.m. Nathan Donovan, 33, of Middle Street, was arrested by Officer Eric Bryan on Cottage Street on a charge of violating conditions of release.

Summonses

11/8 Heather King, 31, of Washington Street, was issued a summons by Officer Mark Steele on Water Street on a charge of assault.

11/12 Jeremy Collier, 37, of Whites Cove Lane, Georgetown, was issued a summons by Officer Richard Ross on Water Street on a charge of indecent conduct.

11/14 A 13-year-old boy, of Bath, was issued a summons by Officer Brett McIntire on Medical Center Drive in Brunswick on a charge of illegal possession of liquor by a minor.
