SOUTH PORTLAND – The Casco Bay Bridge was closed in one direction during this morning’s commute as police dealt with a four-car accident.

Inbound lanes of the bridge were closed as police responded to the accident around 9 a.m. Police advised drivers to seek alternate routes.

As of 10 a.m. South Portland police reported that the bridge had been reopened to traffic.
