OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Old Orchard Beach police announced Monday they arrested two women for allegedly engaging in prostitution.

Allison Soucier, 42, and Krystal Harmon, 28, both of Old Orchard Beach, were arrested and charged with engaging in prostitution in separate incidents investigated by the department’s Special Enforcement Team, according to Chief Dana Kelley.

Soucier and Harmon are scheduled for arraignment in Biddeford District Court on Dec. 12.

Scott Pipher, 34, of Portsmouth, N.H., was arrested and charged with engaging a prostitute. He is scheduled to appear in Biddeford District Court on Jan. 30.

In conjunction with the investigation, police issued an arrest warrant for Nicole Butler, 30, of Old Orchard Beach for unlawful possession of heroin and possession of hypodermic apparatus.

Police said the investigation is ongoing and more arrests are expected. Additional details were not immediately available.
