TOPSHAM — The Midcoast Community Housing Coalition is sponsoring an informational session for potential home buyers in the Southern Mid-Coast region. 

The workshop will be held Sept. 16 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Topsham Border Trust at 2 Main St.

Participants will have an opportunity to speak with lenders about the loan application process, personal credit scores and new available tax federal credits worth up to $8,000.
