TOPSHAM — Two candidates will be on the Nov. 3 ballot for one available seat on the Board of Selectmen.

Donald Russell and James Morris returned nomination papers by the Sept. 18 deadline to run for the three-year seat being vacated by Selectman Michelle Derr.

Dorothy Gardner, meanwhile, is unchallenged for re-election to her three-year seat on the School Administrative District 75 Board of Directors.
