Summonses

12/3 at 7:14 p.m. Heidi Kirk, 45, of Falmouth, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Stephen Hamilton on a charge of violation of a protective order.

12/5 at 5:40 p.m. Allen P. Davis, 32, of Ethel Avenue, Westbrook, was issued a summons on Emerald Pond Road by Sgt. Kevin Conger on a charge of operating while a license was suspended or revoked.

Playing doctor

12/6 at 8:05 p.m. A man called police from the Walmart parking lot to report the window of his Toyota Camry had been broken while he was inside the store and that a bag was missing. The bag reportedly contained a pair of Crocs, pants, a shirt, a stethoscope and a book. Nothing else was reported missing and police do not currently have any leads.
