Arrests

5/26 at 4:50 p.m. Theresa A. Ronco, 38, of Sawyer Street, was arrested by Officer Ben Davis on Bowery Beach Road on a charge of operating after suspension and issued a summons for operating with an expired licence for more than 90 days.

5/28 at 5:27 p.m. William Arthur Weyrauch, 60, of Crescent View Avenue, was arrested by Officer Rory Diffin on Spurwink Avenue on charges of operating after suspension and violating condition of release.

Summonses

5/24 at 7:55 a.m. Cameron Brown, 18, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons by Officer Mark Dorval on Route 77 on a charge of passing a stopped school bus.

5/26 at 12:15 a.m. Gregory Latorre, 18, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons by Officer David Galvan on Ocean House Road on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

5/27 at 12:27 p.m. Kerry Mitchell, 51, of Groton, Conn., was issued a summons by Sgt. Andy Steindl on Route 77 on a charge of operating after suspension.

5/27 at 10:45 p.m. Michael Taintor, 20, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons by Officer Rory Diffin on Casino Beach on a charge of possession of alcohol by consumption.

5/27 at 10:45 p.m. Jonathan Aronson, 20, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons by Officer Rory Diffin on Casino Beach on charges of possession of alcohol by consumption and possession of marijuana.

5/27 at 10:51 p.m. Evan Negele, 20, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons by Officer Rory Diffin on Cottage Road on a charge of possession of alcohol.

 5/30 at 6:38 p.m. A 17-year-old boy of South Portland was issued a summons by Officer Ben Davis on charges of operating after suspension, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal transportation of drugs.
