Arrests

11/7 at 7:57 p.m. Kelly A. MacArthur, 44, of Carriage Road, Cumberland Foreside, was arrested by Officer Michael Vogel on West Elm Street on a charge of operating under the influence.

11/10 at 8:53 p.m. Elizabeth M. Burke, 50, of Oakdale Street, Portland, was arrested by Officer Micheal Vogel on Cousins Street on charges of operating under the influence, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and refusing to sign a summons.

Summonses

11/9 at 10:32 p.m. Ethan Thomas Connolly, 49, of Gray, was issued a summons by Officer Michael Peacock on Route 1 and East Main Street on a charge of operating with a suspended registration.

11/10 at 2:05 p.m. Jessica L. Sharlow, 23, of Juniper East, was issued a summons by Officer Joshua Robinson on Main Street on a charge of domestic violence assault.

11/11 at 10:52 p.m.  A 16-year-old girl, of Yarmouth, was issued a summons on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and a 16-year-old boy, of Yarmouth, was issued summonses by Officer Michael W. Pierce on McCartney Street on a charge of possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

Not a Dalmatian

11/8 at 4:30 a.m. A brown dog followed a car along North Road to the fire station. The dog was brought to the Amvets Hall where the owner picked it up later.

Correction:

A summons issued to Melanie D. Irish of Pownal on Nov. 2 by the Yarmouth Police Department was dismissed due to an error reported by the Maine Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
