12/2 at 10:59 p.m. Kenneth H. Hanson Jr., 49, of Cortland Road, was arrested by Officer Keith Norris on a charge of operating under the influence.

11/29 at 6:22 p.m. Christopher Dyer, 24, of Oakland Avenue, Westbrook, issued a summons by Officer Paul Chenevert on Main Street on a charge of theft by deception.

11/29 at 7:59 p.m. Kathleen Francis Varga, 59, of Uxbridge, Mass., was issued a summons by Officer Paul Chenevert on Main Street on a charge of unauthorized taking or transfer.

11/30 at 3:24 p.m. Tyler F. Lowell, 28, of Ledgewood Lane, was issued a summons by Officer Jason Bartlett on Pownal Road on charges of possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

12/1 at 11:59 a.m. Kristi R. Snipe, 18, of Cundy’s Harbor Road, Harpswell, was issued a summons by Officer Paul Chenevert on Main Street on a charge of theft of unauthorized taking or transfer.

12/1 at 4:12 p.m. Peter Dorman, 40, of Dorman Lane, Litchfield, was issued a summons by Officer Brandon Paxton on Griffin and Durham roads, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

12/2 at 10:10 a.m. Christopher Dimastrantonio, 23, of Water Street, Gorham, was issued a summons by Officer Paul Chenevert on Main Street on two charges of theft by deception.

12/2 at 8:27 p.m. A 15-year-old boy, of Yarmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on Park Street on charges of possession of marijuana and use of drug paraphernalia.

12/4 at 11:16 p.m. Brent Davis, 40, of Main Street, Lincoln, was issued a summons by Officer Keith Norris on Pownal Road on a charge of violating condition of release.

Suspicious smoke break

12/3 at 12:20 p.m. Police were notified of people in the Desert of Maine parking lot, who appeared to be conducting a drug transaction. Police went to the scene and found L.L. Bean workers taking a lunch break and possibly a smoke break.
