4/20 at 5 a.m. Officer William Collins responded to the report of a stolen vehicle at the Home Depot parking lot on Topsham Fair Mall Road. A green 1999 Dodge Ram pickup, which police say had been left unlocked with the keys inside, was stolen between 8 p.m. the day before and the time of the call. People with leads are asked to call the Topsham Police Department at 725-4337.
