Arrests

7/21 at 9:57 p.m. Colby Bradshaw, 20, no address listed, of Pittsfield, was arrested at Desert Road and Interstate 295 South by Officer Brandon Paxton on a charge of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

7/21 at 11:25 p.m. Jessica Ruth Bettney, 24, of Main Street, was arrested on  Route 1 by Officer Brandon Paxton on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

7/18 at 11:10 p.m. Andrew L. Burch, 29, of Sequoia Drive, was issued a summons on Lower Main Street by Officer Matthew Moorehouse on charges of possession of marijuana.

7/22 at 12:34 p.m. Jana L. Roberts, 41, of Edgewood Avenue, Portland, was issued a summons at Bragdon and Curtis Roads by Officer Jason Bartlett on charges of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked and failing to produce evidence of vehicle insurance.

7/23 at 8:15 a.m. Allan W. Foster, 71, of Yarmouth Road, Gray, was issued a summons on South Freeport Road by Officer Keith Norris on a charge of operating after license suspension.

7/23 at 3:25 p.m. Paul D. Morgan, 48, of Riverside Drive, New York, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Keith Norris on charges of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and operating a vehicle without a license.

No more shopping

7/18 at 6:45 p.m. Police were contacted after a shopper reported their wallet stolen or misplaced in the L.L. Bean parking lot. The wallet contained $400 in cash, police said.
