Northbound motorists will have to find another way off the Maine Turnpike in Scarborough on Monday.

The northbound off-ramp at the exit 42 interchange will be closed between 5 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. for milling and paving.

Additional closures may be scheduled, depending on the weather.

Message boards will be in place to inform drivers and the closure will be announced on highway advisory broadcasts at 1610 AM.

The $2.6 million project by Lane Construction in Westbrook began July 12 and includes interchange ramp and pavement rehabilitation at exit 42 and pavement rehabilitation at exit 45 in South Portland.
