11/12 at 1:44 a.m. Desiree Tarquinio, 31, of Central Avenue, was arrested on Central Avenue by Officer Garrett Olson on charges of furnishing a place for minors to consume liquor and disorderly conduct.

11/12 at 5:19 a.m. Christopher Dickson, 18, of Wiscasset, was arrested by Officer Garrett Olsen on a warrant.
