11/15 at 10:57 a.m. Catherine E. Clement, 52, of Massachusetts Avenue, South Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Paul Power on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).
11/16 at 9:10 a.m. Justin W. Williams, 31, of Poland Road, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Paul Chenevert on a warrant.

11/14 at 8:52 p.m. Alyssa L. Shope, 21, of Pleasant Hill Road, was issued a summons on Spinnaker Run by Officer Keith Norris on a charge of keeping a dangerous dog.
11/15 at 8:01 p.m. Krystal V. Dolloff, 22, of West Pleasant Street, Westbrook, was issued a summons on southbound I-295 by Officer Jerod Verrill on a charge of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked.
11/16 at 4:26 p.m. Ross W. Spencer, 23, of Soper Road, Durham, was issued a summons at Lower Main Street and Independence Drive by Officer Jerod Verrill on a charge of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked.
A cane with legs
11/14 at 6:12 p.m. Police responded to a call on Lower Main Street about a stolen walking cane. After searching the area with the complainant, police found that the cane had not been stolen, but misplaced.

11/15 at 1:18 p.m. A Freeport High School student reported to police that the eyelash-like accessories on her car’s headlights had been cut-off the previous day during school. The damage is estimated to cost $40. Police have no suspects.
