Arrests

1/12 at 2:26 a.m. Brandon R. Baker, 20, of Davis Road, Durham, was arrested at Durham and Gray roads by Officer Paul Chenevert on a charge of operating under the influence.

1/12 at 1:55 p.m. Parker Linwood, 65, of New Hampshire, no city or street name reported, was arrested on Bow Street by Officer Brandon Paxton on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking (shoplifting).

1/13 at 1:22 p.m. Christopher L. Lunt, 21, of Cedar Lane, was arrested on Baker Road by Officer Daniel Sylvain on a charge of operating under the influence.

1/13 at 11:47 p.m. Heather M. Lemay, 24, of Fernald Road, was arrested on northbound I-295 by Officer Matthew Moorehouse on charges of operating under the influence and driving more than 30 mph over the speed limit.

Summonses

1/8 at 11:10 a.m. Andrew Dagres, 20, of Henderson Circle, Newburyport, Mass., was issued a summons on Bow Street by Officer Paul Powers on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

1/14 at 9:37 p.m. Walter S. Skold, 52, of Kendall Lane, was issued a summons on Kendall Lane by Officer Jerod Verrill on a charge of failure to register vehicle.

Open and shot case

1/12 at 9:02 p.m. Police responded to a vandalism call on Flying Point Road and found someone had damaged a vehicle’s window, possibly shot with a BB gun. Although the cost of the damage is about $500, nothing was taken from the vehicle, police said.
