8/23 at 1:20 a.m. Jesse J. Cleveland, 24, of Snow Road, Durham, was arrested on Varney Road by Officer Jerod Verrill on a charge of operating under the influence.

8/25 at 11:33 p.m. Tya K. Johnson, 30, of Intrepid Circle, Brunswick, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Brandon Paxton on charges of operating under the influence, drinking in a motor vehicle and violating conditions of release.

8/20 at 12:10 p.m. Patricia King, 54, of Limington,was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Paul Chenevert on a charge of shoplifting.

8/20 at 4:58 p.m. Drew Allan Erickson, 26, of Franklin Street, Brunswick, was issued a summons on School Street by Officer Jerod Verrill on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

8/21 at 8:30 p.m. James J. Corey, 49, of Winnocks Neck Road, Scarborough, was issued a summons on Pleasant Street by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of speeding 30 mph over the posted limit.

8/23 at 3:42 p.m. Melissa A. Parker, 22, of Waldoboro Road, Friendship, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on charges on violating conditions of release and the use and sale of drug paraphernalia.
