YARMOUTH — Exit 15 of northbound Interstate 295 will be closed Sunday for road work.
The exit will be closed from approximately 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 15, while crews treat the road surface to “provide more friction,” according to a news release from the Maine Department of Transportation.
Motorists should use either Exit 10 or Exit 17 on Sunday only.
Exit 15 was the site of a recent $6.1 million project to build a northbound on-ramp. The northbound interchange was closed in February and re-opened in July.
