Arrests

11/12 at 5:15 p.m. Martine Chapman, 57, of Metcalf Drive, was arrested by Sgt. Mark Gilliam on Metcalf Drive on charges of domestic violence assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

11/16 at 1:34 p.m. William Charity, 23, of River Road, was arrested by Officer Mark McDonald on Main Street on an outstanding warrant.

Summonses

11/11 at 9:13 p.m. Caleb Doyon, 19, of Brunswick, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Summer Street on charges of possession of marijuana, sale or use of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

11/14 at 8:28 a.m. Melissa Newsome, 29, of State Street, Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Mark McDonald on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating without a license.

Midnight caller

11/11 at 5:33 p.m. Officer Gabrielle Mathieu responded to the report of someone trying to open the front door of a Lewiston Road residence at around 2 a.m. that day. A neighbor also reported a commotion at their residence around that time. Police advised both to call the department immediately should the incident occur again.
