President Dwight D. Eisenhower warned of military expansion that would take resources from bridges, hospitals and building schools.

Now, the National Rifle Association wants every citizen in the country who has a gun to carry it everywhere. I believe ammunition should be rationed just like we were in the service.

The Southern states of the good old USA have most of the military bases and war complex of the country. They receive more revenue from the federal government than they pay in taxes. That’s when you want to be conservative; you want to conserve what you’re getting.

It’s wrong to spend more money on the military and not help people who need heating fuel.
