LYMAN — The body of a 52-year-old woman was recovered Thursday evening from Wadleigh Pond, Maine State Police said.

Authorities identified the victim as 52-year-old Jo-Ann LeMieux.

A Maine Warden Service dive team began the search after LeMieux was seen entering the pond to go swimming Thursday but did not resurface.
