TOPSHAM — Jared Dyer kicked a 33-yard field goal with 1.5 seconds left Saturday to give Kennebunk a 24-21 victory against Mt. Ararat in a Class B South football game.
Kennebunk (5-0) led 21-13 early in the fourth quarter, but Jacob O’Neil of Mt. Ararat (2-3) found Ryan Mello in the end zone on fourth down. The two connected for the 2-point conversion to make it 21-21 with 9:06 left.
Kennebunk took a 7-0 lead on a touchdown run from Dante DeLorenzo with 1:26 left in the second quarter. The Rams made it 14-0 midway through the third quarter on a 60-yard run by Jake Littlefield, but Ethan Minchin of the Eagles ran for two scores in a span of three minutes to cut the deficit to 14-13.
Kennebunk extended its lead to 21-13 when Justin Wiggins scored late in the third quarter.
MADISON/CARRABEC 67, WATERVILLE 0: A week after snapping Winslow’s 25-game win streak, the Bulldogs (5-0)rolled past the Purple Panthers (0-5) at Waterville.
Madison took a 33-0 lead by scoring on four of its first five possessions, capped by a 40-yard interception return by Evan Bess.
MESSALONSKEE 63, NOKOMIS 28: The Eagles(4-1) ran for 578 yards to pull away from Nokomis (0-5) at Pittsfield.
Tyler Lewis had 199 yards and two touchdowns, Austin Pelletier added 183 yards and four TDs, and Colby Dexter finished with 164 yards and three TDs for Messalonskee, which built a 28-0 lead midway through the second quarter.
BOYS’ SOCCER
GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 2, ST. DOMINIC 0: Bryce Hayman scored on a penalty kick with 10 minutes left in the first half and the Patriots (6-3-1) went on to beat the Saints (1-7) at Gray.
The Patriots made it 2-0 with 12 minutes left in the game when Nathaniel Brindley scored off a Scott MacGregor cross. Brandon Glover made nine saves for St. Dom’s.
SOUTH PORTLAND 5, WINDHAM 0: Khalid Suja scored a pair of goals, and Charlie Cronin collected one goal and one assist as the Red Riots (6-3) downed the Eagles (1-8) at Windham.
Aleks Kaurin and Sadiki Stewart also scored, and Riley Hasson made eight saves to record the shutout.
Alex Wilkins finished with 11 saves for Windham.
WAYNFLETE 1, FREEPORT 1: Ilyas Abdi tied it for Waynflete (4-3-2) with less than a minute left in regulation on a header off a free kick against the Falcons (5-4-1) at Freeport.
Eriksen Shea put Freeport up 1-0 unassisted after 7:25 of the first half. Luca Antonlini made nine saves for the Flyers; Joe Burke stopped five shots for Freeport.
TELSTAR 1, WINTHROP 0: Avery Griffin scored an unassisted goal to lift the Rebels (5-4) over the Ramblers (1-7-1) at Winthrop.
YARMOUTH 4, GREELY 1: Gibson Harnett scored twice for the Clippers (7-2) against the Rangers (3-6) at Cumberland.
John Clinton and Matthew Dostie added goals for the Clippers, who led 2-0 at halftime.
Greely cut the deficit to 2-1 early in the second half on a goal by Will Pidgeon.
GIRLS’ SOCCER
WINDHAM 9, MAINE GIRLS’ ACADEMY 1: Seven players scored for the Eagles (6-0-3) against the Lions (2-6-1) at Windham.
Emily Tent and Maggie Symonds each scored twice, and Lyndsey Arsenault added a goal and two assists for Windham.
Catherine Reid scored a late goal for the Lions.
Hope Olson of the Lions recorded 14 saves. Kaitlyn Roberts stopped one shot for the Eagles.
OCEANSIDE 3, WINSLOW 2: Three players scored as Oceanside (7-1-2) beat the Black Raiders (4-4-2) at Winslow.
Jillian Brooks, Kelsey Brooks and Abby Veilleux scored for Oceanside. Rachel Joyce made five saves.
GREENVILLE 1, VALLEY 0: Bianca Breton scored to lift the Lakers at Greenville. Makenzie Ward made three saves for Greenville.
SCARBOROUGH 3, PORTLAND 0: Leah Dickman and Josie Couture scored first-half goals to lead the Red Storm (6-1-2) over the Bulldogs (5-2-2) at Scarborough.
Gabby Panagakos added an assist and a second-half goal.
Emily Royce recorded six saves in the shutout.

POLAND 2, LAKE REGION 0: Brianna Doucette and Lexi Morey scored first-half goals as the Knights (5-5-1) beat the Lakers (0-10-1) at Naples.
Doucette opened the scoring with an unassisted goal after 13 minutes. Morey followed four minutes later. Ashton Willis made seven saves for Poland; Maddie Nelson stopped three shots for Lake Region.

NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 3, BUCKSPORT 0: Zelda Clegg recorded nine kills and nine aces to lead the Panthers (9-1) over the Golden Bucks (1-6) at Yarmouth.
Jordan Ackerman added nine aces and seven digs for the Panthers.
NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 3, SUMNER 0: Suzanna Butterfield recorded 13 aces and three digs to lead the Panthers (9-1) over the Tigers (2-5) at Yarmouth.
